This unfinished project is a great opportunity for the right person. The log book is 1947, but it features a 1969 Generator Shovel engine which has been fully re-built and balanced. 3" BDL belt drive. Most of the hard work has been done, there's a little more to do on the engine - principally adding the cams and pushrods -  then wiring and paint.
